LOCATION
The entire farm is located in the municipality of Villanueva del Rey (Córdoba), 15 km from the national road from Córdoba to Badajoz, being Villanueva del Rey, the nearest town, 10 km away. It has a total area of 1,621.60 hectares.

EXISTING VEGETATION

The existing vegetation on the farm can be divided into the following:

• Holm oak grove with pasture 800 ha
• Holm oak grove with Mediterranean scrub 764,33 ha
• Olive grove in organic production 57,27 ha

In addition, we can find within the vegetation unit of holm oak grove with Mediterranean scrub, some areas of olive grove that serve as food for the existing cattle on the farm.

EXISTING INFRAESTRUCTURE

On the Puerto del Toro farm there is a main house consisting of:

• 5 independent apartments with kitchen, bathrooms, living room, bedroom and fireplace.
• 4 double rooms with interior bathroom and fireplace.
• 6 double rooms with 2 shared bathrooms.
• 2 living rooms with fireplace.
• 1 living room with bar.
• Terraces with great views to the outside.

In addition to the main house, annexed to it there is a newly built villa fully equipped.

In the northern part of the property there is another newly built villa which is currently inhabited by one of the guards.
