La Toledana is endowed with abundant water resources (fountains, wells, over 25 ponds and streams that run in rainy season).

La Toledana has two keepers’ houses and in one of the houses there is also a dining room for hunters with an independent kitchen and bathrooms used when there is a hunting event. This House has electric light, drinkable water.
