DESCRIPTION

The hunting estate consists of 900 hectares, with a great abundance of big game (wild boar, bucks, deer and mouflons).

The property is situated in a privileged location between the Montes de Toledo and the Alcudia Valley. It is fully enclosed with a hunting fence, featuring main and secondary entrances accessible from the road. Just a 20-minute drive from Ciudad Real and its airport, and 2 hours from Madrid (reachable in 55 minutes by AVE train from Ciudad Real).

The landscape predominantly comprises holm oak forests interspersed with pine trees and Mediterranean scrubland, providing an ideal environment for both hunting and leisurely walks along the numerous paths traversing the estate.

Approximately four hundred big game animals inhabit the area, including deer, mouflons, Spanish goats, roe deer, and wild boar.

Numerous ponds scattered across the estate store over eighty million liters of water, irrigating various plantations and providing water sources for all resident animals. Different types of troughs are strategically positioned to cater to various types of livestock.

The estate boasts 40 kilometers of well-maintained interior roads, approximately 3 meters wide and constructed of rammed earth, enabling thorough coverage of the entire surface area. These roads accommodate various vehicles for activities such as hiking, hunting species management, and game collection.

Additionally, the property operates a 7,000-olive tree plantation, yielding an annual production of about 60,000 euros, complemented by subsidies amounting to 20,000 euros per year.
