Regarding partridges, the estate has been posting more than 3000 wild Partridge within in a season.
It is an estate with extraordinary conditions in what refers to hunting which would develop a really incredible hunting management. In addition to partridge, it is excellent for rabbit, pigeon and dove and also has good populations of ducks, thrushes and hares.

The house is one of its more important assets as it was reformed by one of the most prestigious and reputed architects of the country, the architect Mr. Moneo, who made with this house an authentic piece of art by what today the House of Las Navas de la Condesa it is considered one of the country houses more beautiful of Spain.
