DESCRIPTION

Canuto Largo is fully fenced around its 14.6 km perimeter and
has an excellent internal graveled road network of 14 kms of principal roads and 35 kms of
secondary roads which are regularly maintained and kept in very good condition. The main
access gravel road to the entrance to the estate passes through neighbouring property with a
fully established legal right of way: the entrance is about 15 minutes from the aforementioned
village of Jimena. The estate is stocked with red, fallow and indigenous roe deer and it is
estimated around 40 Capra Hispanica (Spanish wild mountain goat) inhabit its higher rockier
land. There are still a number of wild Iberian pig, some crossed with wild boar, roaming the
estate. With acorns to eat throughout the autumn and winter, these animals are provided with
food during the hot summer months so remain healthy throughout the year.
There is one recently rebuilt cottage on the estate but most importantly there are building
permits for a main cortijo of over 1000m2 and three further cottages. The permission for these
has been granted subject to them being used for rural tourism which can include hunting on a
commercial basis. There is no mains electricity on the estate but the houses are designed to be
energy efficient. Water is plentiful but is not attached to a mains system so further water
deposits need to be constructed once the permitted residential building is underway. A permit
