DESCRIPTION

AREA
The estate has an area of 1,300 hectares.
Besides there is also a long-term leasing hunting estate of another 1,500 hectares (some of these hectares could be bought as
they are for sale).
These made a total hunting area of 2,800 hectares.
The estate has a lane network in perfect condition. One of it has also military use.
80% of the estate is fenced.

VEGETATION
The estate has a superb vegetation formed by cork oaks, scrubland, pasture, mastic, wild olive, abulagas, strawberry tree,
rockrose.
It has approximately between 18,000 and 20,000 quintals of cork, approximately 50% of which of high quality. This year the
estate has closed the most expensive sale operation in history in the province of Cadiz.

FAUNA
There is abundant deer, wild board, fallow deer (with some very good pieces), ibex and roe deer (there are 2 enclosed areas
just for roe deer).

WATER
It is very reach in water with several streams and natural springs.

BUILDINGS
The main house has all the facilities for living, it has 5 bedrooms with several extension options.
The are also several small warehouses around the estate.

ANOTHER USEFULL INFORMATION
The estate has about 60 ecological cows and all the facilities for its management.
All infrastructures are in perfect condition (lanes, meshes, water passages, pillars, springs, livestock facilities, etc).
